The value of yoga cannot be explained – you have to experience it...

Focus on your breath. Feel the movement of your body. Be fully present – just for a moment.
Yoga creates harmony between body, mind and nature.

Yoga at Arnica

In our light-filled yoga room, we offer professional retreats that perfectly complement your days of rest and relaxation at Hotel Arnica. Whether during an intensive yoga week, a midweek retreat or a rejuvenating yoga weekend – it's all about slowing down, being mindful, and finding time to breathe.

Our retreats are open to all levels – from beginners to experienced practitioners. Step away from everyday routines, take time for yourself, and let your soul breathe freely.

Prices and availability can be found directly on our packages page, where you can also book your preferred retreat directly.

Our Yoga Instructors

STEFANIE

Stefanie doesn’t just practice yoga – she lives it. Her greatest joy lies in sharing her experience with others. She sees it as her calling to guide people into deep relaxation, inner stillness and reconnection with themselves through a holistic approach to yoga.

Her journey began in 2020 with her yoga teacher certification and a 10-day Vipassana retreat at the Yoga Pyramid in Chur, guided by Bea and Mike Loringhett. She continued her training at the Yoga University in Villeret, where she was deeply inspired by her teacher Reto Zbinden. Further studies followed in Yin Yoga, chakra work, personal development and coaching – and most recently in Reiki.

In Stefanie’s classes, you will be gently guided inward – to feel your breath, sense your body, and truly let go.

CHRISTIN

«When I see glowing faces at the end of class, I know exactly why I teach yoga!»
This quote captures Christin’s approach to yoga – one rooted in presence, joy, and deep awareness.
Her classes focus on developing body awareness, conscious breathing, and the release of physical and emotional tension. She believes that even a short practice can significantly enhance well-being.

Her journey began around 2015, when Pilates and mountain sports no longer felt complete. Inspired by Jivamukti yoga in Kufstein, she embarked on three years of exploration: teacher training in Goa based on Ashtanga Yoga, time in ashrams with the Isha Foundation (Sadhguru), teaching in Bali and India, and four formative months as a co-teacher at Himalayan Yogini in Nepal. Since then, a committed daily self-practice has shaped her path.
Since 2021, Christin has spent time in Scuol between travels – happy to share what has become essential to her own life.

LEA

«The most beautiful feedback at the end of a yoga class is the calm, softened look in my students’ eyes» says Lea
Her classes are an invitation to pause, reconnect with your body, and gently let go of thoughts – creating a mindful balance of yin (cooling) and yang (warming) elements.

Lea first encountered yoga many years ago, initially as a form of physical activity. It wasn’t until around 15 years later that she began to explore the deeper dimensions of the practice. This journey led her to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher training in Bali in autumn 2023.

Her love for the mountains brought her to Hotel Arnica in the Engadine, where she now shares her passion – both with her students back home in Olten and with our guests here in Scuol.
